  • Use Cub Scout Adventure Day and the new Haunted Camp as anchor points for all marketing, recruiting and Council led communication efforts

  • Significantly increase spending on school flyer distribution, geofencing and direct marketing

  • Maximize the Power of BeAScout.org

  • Reduce barriers to delivering quality unit programming

ESCAPE THE INDOORS RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

  • In the Fall of 2021, the Mount Baker Council recruited 107% of its August through December New Youth recruiting goal of 484 youth with 520 new Scouts during those months and 721 new Scouts total in 2021 versus 310 during 2020. 
  • Over 2,700 Scouts and family members particpated in Fall Council outdoor programs in September and October, fulfilling the delivery of an exciting, outdoor experience for new Scouts.
